EurAsia Capital Partners was established by experienced investment professionals with expertise in private equity and real estate investment in Europe and Asia. Together with an extensive network of partners and service providers, EurAsia Capital Partners identifies and promotes investment opportunities. The company is a Category 1 Global Business Company and holds a Collective Investment Scheme Manager License issued by the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius.
The company has offices in Montreux, Switzerland and Singapore. Clients are spread throughout the world and include banks, institutional investors, private clients and corporates.
The company is currently advising and managing two funds, EurAsia Private Equity Fund PCC and EurAsia Real Estate Fund PCC. Both Funds are organized as Protected Cell Companies and are holding Category 1 Global Business Licenses issued by the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius. The funds allow institutional and private international investors to take advantage of the prevailing market conditions in the Asian region.
Mr. Vetsch chairs the board of EurAsia Capital Partners. He is a
qualified Swiss banker. He worked for more than 18 years for UBS
in Switzerland in specialized fields including private banking,
investment banking and residential and commercial real estate
financing. From 1992 to 1998, he was director of the Swiss Bank
Corporation branch in Montreux.
From 1999 to 2008 he worked as a director in an asset
management company in Geneva where he was in charge of
global wealth management for very important clients from all over
the world.
Mr. Vetsch is a member of several boards, including Dinareal SA,
a Swiss real estate company which advises real estate funds.
Mr. Finch chairs the board of EurAsia Private Equity Fund PCC and EurAsia Real Estate Fund PCC. He worked at BNP Paribas for the period from March 2000 to June 2006 as Managing Director of BNP Paribas Singapore Trust Corporation Limited. At BNP Paribas, he was instrumental in establishing and developing the trust and fiduciary services business in Singapore and promoting wealth management services globally. Prior to BNP Paribas, Mr. Finch worked for the Hong Kong office of Barclays Bank Plc. Activities included spearheading the development of wealth management services in Asia. Prior to Barclays Bank Plc he worked for over a decade with Ernst & Young in Jersey. He is a past Committee Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in Jersey, Channel Islands. He has held the positions of Secretary and Treasurer to the Singapore Trustees Association and currently holds the position of Honorary Auditor.
EurAsia Private Equity Fund PCC is an open- ended private equity fund established in December 2009 and incorporated in Mauritius. The strategy of the Fund is to generate long- term capital growth for shareholders through diversified exposure to an actively managed portfolio of investments into companies engaged in growing industries in Asia. The Fund targets predominantly unlisted companies with strong prospects and experienced management teams that require capital for growth.
EurAsia Real Estate Fund PCC is an open- ended real estate fund established in April 2010 and incorporated in Mauritius. The strategy of the Fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation by investing into a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Asia. The Fund is advised by Dinareal SA, a Swiss real estate advisory company.
